Chicken curry samosas, mint sauce and lamb’s lettuce with raspberry vinaigrette!

Chicken curry samosas: (for 2 people):

  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 6 sheets of filo pastry
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g cream
  • 5 tablespoon curry
  • 2 tablespoons of grapes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley

 Add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

 Mix all the ingredients.

For folding (Follow the order):

  • Place your first sheet of Filo dough on your work surface and brush with melted butter.
  • Place a second sheet over it and do the same with a third sheet, always with the butter.
  • Cut the sheet in 3 (rectangular shape)
  • Put a ball of stuffing
  • Fold following the photos to help you.
  • Cook at 180 degrees for about 6 minutes

  • 3 tablespoons dried mint
  • 1 dash of lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Chewed up
  • raspberry vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
