Four quarters lost, thick minty cream and fresh fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 225 g butter
  • 305g maizena
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 6 eggs + 2 eggs
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 275g of sugar + 50g of sugar + 100g of sugar
  • 150g milk
  • 2 tablespoon dry mint
  • Fresh fruits !
  • Mix the butter and the sugar

Prepare the cream:

  • Mix the cream, sugar, vanilla and dry mint.

Combine milk, sugar and egg.
