Recipe of the day:
250g of mascarpone
100g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
12 large strawberries …
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
100g of heavy cream
1/2 bunch of fresh mint.
Mix the mascarpone, sugars and heavy cream with a mixer.
Gently add two beaten egg whites.
Crush the boudoirs into small pieces.
Make your verrine according to your taste.
Personally, I make slices of strawberries which I stick to the wall of the cookie cutter and I garnish everything.
Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
