- 200 g fresh salmon
- 100 G smoked salmon
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100g of fresh cream
- 5 stems of dill
- 1/2 glass of white wine
Prepare a short broth with water, wine, a little dill, shallot and pepper. To boil.
Add the salmon and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Mix the smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, pepper and olive oil.
Add the cooked and cooled fresh salmon then the heavy cream then mix.
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste!
