Zucchini and feta gratin

A summer gratin with zucchini, ideal to accompany your barbecue


  • 4 zucchini , about 1.2 kg
  • 200 g feta
  • 3 egg
  • 15 cl liquid cream
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley
  • salt and pepper


  • Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Wash the courgettes then cut them into half slices. Fry them for ten minutes in a pan with a little olive oil then place in a gratin dish.
  • Crumble the feta in a bowl then add the eggs, cream and parsley. Season and mix well. Pour over the zucchini.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
